Applied Technical Services (ATS) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Space Science Services, Inc. as a wholly owned subsidiary of ATS. 

Space Science Services (SSS) is a leading provider of NDT and related services in Florida, Georgia and Alabama. The company was founded in 1961 and provides NDT services to clients primarily in the Southeastern U.S. With multiple locations, they have established a successful business and excellent reputation operating from Dothan, AL and Orlando, FL. SSS has been a family owned business for almost 40 years and the current owners, Dan and Tom Geiger, and all their employees have joined the ATS team. 

The SSS acquisition complements our business and will allow ATS to continue to grow and offer services and benefits to our customers, employees, and shareholders. ATS is pleased to strengthen our presence in the southeast while expanding our client base.
